CORRUGATED SANITATION PIPE
PE SEWERAGE CORRUGATED
Continuous process of fully automated online co-extrusion.
They are formed by two layers, perfectly welded:
- A corrugated exterior in black that gives high stability to sunlight.
- Another smooth white interior that favors the inspection of the network by camera systems (technique increasingly used).
The outer layer has a ring of frustoconical section, which gives the pipe a great resistance to the crushing forces produced by the weight of the land in the trenches.
They come with a double sleeve with sealing gasket on the ends of the tube.
PROPERTIES:
- Lightness: great ease of handling and installation thanks to its low weight.
- Resistance:
- Chemistry: they remain unalterable to all chemical substances contained in water and soil, so they are unalterable to corrosion.
- On impact: even at very low temperatures.
- To the abrasion: due to its low roughness, they are not affected by the action of the abrasive particles that the transported fluids may contain. High resistance to
compression or crushing under loads, supporting without deformation the weight of the ground caused by road traffic.
APPLICATIONS:
- Use in drainage systems for sanitation, mainly used for rolling water, underground conduits without pressure of sewage and rainwater, electricity conduits, crossings of roads and roads, future
channeling ...
- Supplied in bars of 6m length. in black
